Afternoon Update:

We're partly to mostly sunny & warm with a line of showers and storms on the way by late evening and into the overnight hours.

Watch out for a few areas of fog this morning with in our southern & eastern counties.  Otherwise, we're partly sunny and warm this afternoon with highs in the mid 80s.  An isolated shower or storm is possible afternoon lunch time; however, the best bet for rain and thunderstorms is overnight.

Timing of Line of Showers & Storms:

8:00pm, Friday
Look for more clouds to move into our western counties including: Owen, Franklin, Anderson, Washington, Marion, Taylor & Adair counties.

10:00pm, Friday
Thick clouds will build into the Blue Grass including: Scott, Woodford, Jessamine, Fayette, Bourbon, Clark & Harrison counties.

11:00pm, Friday THRU Saturday Morning
Heavy showers and a few strong thunderstorms will move into the Blue Grass moving slowly into our eastern counties.  Heavy rain, gusty winds, small hail and minor flooding are all possible as the rain and t'storms move through.

By Saturday afternoon, that cold front along with the showers and storms should clear the area. We'll call it mostly cloudy and cool with highs on Saturday in the low 70s.
By Sunday, we're partly sunny and cool with highs only in the upper 60s and low 70s.
