After a mild and dry end to the work week, enjoyable conditions will linger into the weekend. With a south breeze and partly cloudy skies, temperatures will soar into the upper 50s and low 60s. We'll stay dry on Saturday under partly cloudy skies. Big changes are then expected on Sunday. Clouds will begin to thicken Saturday night, then rain will arrive in the Bluegrass, sliding east through the afternoon and evening. Widespread rain is expected to linger into early next week, with flooding a possibility that will need to be monitored.
