Midnight Update: We are still seeing some high clouds over Kentucky tonight, most of which will clear out by Sunday morning.

Temperatures have fallen into the mid 50s to mid 60s across Kentucky. As of midnight, Frankfort is sitting at 56° with Somerset at 64°.

Skies will be mostly clear overnight as we drop into the mid 50s by Sunday morning. Enjoy the cool morning, because increasing humidity later in the week will keep us warmer overnight.

Sunday will be warmer as we climb into the low 80s in the afternoon under mostly sunny skies.

Everyone will start Memorial Day off dry, but in the afternoon our mix of sun and clouds could give way to a few spotty showers and storms in the afternoon. Many areas will stay completely dry with highs in the mid 80s.

Highs will stay in the mid 80s Tuesday and Wednesday with slightly better chances for some rain showers and storms.
