While the heaviest, most widespread rain has ended, scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms will remain possible today as low pressure aloft lingers across the Ohio Valley.  Highs will be near 70 degrees.  Skies will become partly cloudy tonight as lows drop to 54 degrees.  Tuesday will be warmer and brighter with partly sunny skies and only an isolated shower in southeastern Kentucky.  A moisture-starved cold front will arrive from the north on Wednesday, but it won't have much moisture to work with so only some isolated showers and thunderstorms are anticipated.  High pressure will provide lots of sunshine and only a few clouds on Thursday and Friday as a warming trend develops, taking us to near 80 by Friday afternoon.  The weekend will be Junelike with isolated late-day storms in the warm, humid air.
