Mostly cloudy and rainy throughout the day today with highs reaching 41 degrees.  Tonight the moisture changes to a wintry mix and then snow by tomorrow morning's work commute.  Monday tempertures start at 30 degrees, staying below freezing.  This will shift precipitation to widespread snow all day Monday.  We could see 1-4" with highest accumulations north of Lexington and east in higher elevations throughout the day.  The falling snow becomes a late season snowstorm Monday into Tuesday with blustery conditions.  Winds stay out of the northeast Monday at 15-20 mph with gusts up to 25 mph.  Monday and Tuesday we could be dealing with falling snow and blowing snow with reduced visibilities.  Monday, highs will only get to 37 degrees. Monday night into Tuesday offers additional accumulations of snow ranging from 1-4" again.  1" in far western counties; 2-3" for north central, central, and southcentral Kentucky; up to 4" in eastern Kentucky.  Totals from Sunday night through Tuesday 2-6" in some locations.
