A weakening front will push through the Bluegrass overnight tonight producing scattered showers and a few thunderstorms in central and eastern Kentucky.
The final rain showers will exit eastern Kentucky early on Thursday, and high pressure will arrive and provide brighter, drier weather.
The next round of rain will reach the Bluegrass Region on Friday evening and Friday night, with rain becoming more widespread on Saturday.
Showers will linger on Sunday as colder air returns.
The beginning of next week will be more seasonable with a few, light rain and snow showers possible on Monday.
Most of Tuesday should be dry, although a snow flurry or snow shower in the mountains can not be ruled out
