Saturday - Cool With Clearing Clouds

The pesky upper level low in the Great Lakes will finally scoot to the northeast Saturday, clearing out the thick clouds over the Commwealth. Temperatures will remain cool until an extended period of 70s for the new work week.
Saturday will start out chilly with cloudy skies and a few lingering sprinkles, but skies will clear throughout the day from the southwest to the northeast.
We'll be partly cloudy and cool by afternoon with temps in the mid to upper 50s.
Kickoff for the UK vs. UGA game will be cool but dry with temps in the low 50s.
By the end of the game, under clearer skies, temperatures will have fallen into the mid 40s.

Temperatures will quickly fall to near 40° by Sunday morning under mostly clear skies and some patchy dense fog.
High pressure moving in will allow for a dry stretch through the end of next week.
As southerly winds return for the new work week, temperatures warm into the mid 70s each afternoon.
