Noon Update: Most of the fog has cleared at this time, but as of noon, we are still seeing some low cloud cover over portions of eastern Kentucky. These clouds will finish clearing in the early afternoon.

Areas with clear skies are warming up more quickly than other areas. Lexington has already climbed to 59° while Jackson and London are only at 50°.

We are seeing dense fog across the region, reducing visibilities to less than a quarter of a mile in many areas. The fog will finally break apart and clear late this morning.

By Friday afternoon, we will be mostly sunny with temperatures climbing into the mid 60s! Enjoy the nice weather while you can!

If you are headed out for some Friday Night Football, take the jackets with you. At kickoff, we will be in the low 60s, but by the drive home, temperatures will drop into the low 50s.

More clouds will push in overnight into our Saturday morning, giving way to some light rain across the region. We will start to dry out in the afternoon with mostly cloudy skies. Expect a cooler afternoon with highs in the mid 50s.
