Lunch Break Update: Skies remain mostly sunny this afternoon, helping temperatures climb into the mid and upper 80s. When you factor the high humidity in, it feels like the low to mid 90s already. By the end of the afternoon, it could feel like 100° outside.

Chief Meteorologist Jason Myers will be in later today with your latest forecast on ABC 36 News at 5, 6, and 11.

The high heat and humidity will continue this afternoon. Afternoon highs will be in the low 90s, but the muggy conditions will make it feel closer to 100° during the middle of the day. Stay cool and drink plenty of water! Skies will be mostly sunny with a few extra clouds during the afternoon.

Overnight, temperatures will drop into the low 70's with mostly clear conditions. This will make for a warm and muggy start to our Wednesday.

Wednesday will be just as uncomfortable with temperatures back into the 90s. We will see a mix of sun and clouds through the day with a few isolated showers and storms in the afternoon and early evening.
