Drier Overnight; More Cool, Breezy Showers Friday

An upper level low to our north will bring increased cloud cover and a few spotty showers Friday. Temperatures will remain cool through the weekend.
As a cold front departs the region, cooler and drier air will filter in overnight.
Clouds will clear out overnight, allowing lows to drop into the low to mid 40s.

As an upper level low spins near the Great Lakes, additional cloud cover will move in Friday.
Some chilly, light showers will accompany this as well, especially north of I-64.
With very cool air aloft, some light sleet might even mix in in north central KY.
Highs will on reach into the mid 50s.

Saturday will start out chilly with cloudy skies and a few lingering sprinkles, but skies will clear throughout the day.
We'll be partly cloudy and cool by afternoon with temps in the upper 50s.
Kickoff for the UK vs. UGA game will be cool but dry.

Temperatures will quickly fall to near 40° by Sunday morning under mostly clear skies.
High pressure moving in will allow for a dry stretch through the end of next week with temperatures warming back into the 70s.
