Winter Storm Warning is in effect Monday through Wednesday for elevations > 2000 ft in Pike, Letcher, and Harlan Counties.
Wind Advisory is in effect for eastern KY Monday through Tuesday.

Colder air really sets in starting the work week.
Overnight lows will be near the freezing mark and the afternoons will only climb into the 40s.
It will also be very breezy with north winds around 15-25 mph and gusts as high as 30-40 mph.
With the chance for light rain/drizzle again, some snow may mix in east of I-75 in the evening and overnight hours.
The chance for all snow is greatest in eastern KY.
As far as any accumulations go, ground temps are still very warm.
At this time only a dusting will be possible for eastern KY.
The higher elevations above 2000 feet could see 6-12" of snow.
Highs will only hit the mid to upper 40s.
By Thursday, the clouds will have cleared, we dry out, and a slow warm up begins.
