We're in for a rollercoaster of weather this week, starting with a temperature climb.
Light southerly winds and a few clouds will keep overnight lows a bit milder, in the upper 40s by daybreak.
Some patchy light valley fog is possible.
As southerly winds persist through the new work week, temperatures warm into the mid to upper 70s each afternoon.
High pressure overhead will keep things dry until Friday when a strong cold front arrives.
This cold front will bring showers late Friday into Saturday followed much, much cooler temperatures.
At this point, it looks like highs will struggle to meet the 50° mark Sunday.
