Midnight Update: A few more clouds are starting to build into Kentucky. Those clouds will continue to thicken up overnight. It still looks like areas near and south of Somerset and London could see a few rain showers Sunday morning. Don't be surprised if you see a few wet snowflakes too.

Temperatures have dropped quite a bit since their afternoon highs. Blue Grass Airport climbed to 60° Saturday afternoon, but as of midnight, the city is down to 40°. Most southern Kentucky cities have fallen into the mid 40s.

Forecast: Most areas will wake up to a cloudy and chilly Sunday morning as temperatures drop into the low 30s overnight. Far southern Kentucky could even see a few rain showers early in the day.

Skies will clear Sunday afternoon for a mostly sunny end to the day, but it will be cooler with highs in the low to mid 40s.

We'll stay mostly clear and dry for the Monday morning commute, but the heavy coats will be needed as we are expecting to drop into the low 20s.

Temperatures will rebound back into the low 40s Monday afternoon under mostly sunny skies.

Snow will be possible late Monday night into Tuesday morning.
