With 1-3 inches of snow pack left on the ground in most places, winds brisk at 5-15 mph, and clear skies, we are in store for a very chilly overnight.  Your Monday morning commute will start at 17 degrees with wind chills around 10.  Clear skies with some sun possible for the early part of Monday, then clouds move in bringing the chance for rain by late afternoon and evening. Afternoon highs will reach 38 degrees. Some of the rain could change over to a few stray snowflakes Monday evening, but no accumulation is likely.  Winds will stay brisk out of the south at 5-10 mph throughout your Monday. Tuesday offers partly cloudy skies and a mostly dry forecast with just a few sprinkles leftover Tuesday morning. The biggest news of the forecast is the difference in morning commute temperatures; Monday morning will start in the teens and Tuesday morning will start near 30 degrees....a noticeable difference.
