Severe Thunderstorm Watch is in effect through 11pm this evening.

Isolated to widely scattered strong to severe thunderstorms will slide southeast across the Bluegrass Sunday evening.
Damaging winds and large hail will the main threats with these storms.

Otherwise, today has been the 4th day in a row most locations topped the 100 degree mark with heat indexes near 105 degrees.
Under mostly clear skies, temperatures will fall back into the mid 70s to start the work week.

As high pressure loosens its grip, temperatures will moderate slightly into the mid 90s for the next work week.
The chance for isolated afternoon storms chances persists.
