Scattered showers will continue to cross the area this Monday, sliding from south to north.  Plenty of clouds will keep temperatures in check, with highs only around 78°.  Scattered thunderstorms will be possible late today, tonight and into Tuesday as a cold front approaches.  The front should cross central Kentucky early on Tuesday, so by Tuesday afternoon, thunderstorms should be limited to areas east of I-75.  High pressure will provide a beautiful, dry and relatively cool Wednesday.  While most areas will stay dry on Thursday as well, an isolated thunderstorm or two will be possible over the mountains of far southeastern Kentucky.  Friday and Saturday will be warm with isolated thunderstorms, and Father's Day should be dry across most of the area, aside from a stray thunderstorm in southern Kentucky.
