A Few Sprinkles, Flurries to North... Seasonable

A weak disturbance will slide across Indiana and Ohio today, and we'll see clouds with a few sprinkles and flurries near and north of I-64 today.
A disturbance will cross Indiana and Ohio today, producing plenty of clouds across Kentucky.  A few sprinkles and flurries will occur near and north of I-64, but we don't expect any accumulations as precipitation will be very scarce.  Highs will be in the low 40s today and tomorrow, which is average for mid to late January.  A larger storm system will arrive on Friday, producing rain across the area in the evening and overnight into Saturday.  Most of the area will only see liquid rain, but a few hours of light freezing rain will be possible in far northern or northeastern Kentucky when precipitation begins.  Rain will exit on Saturday with the chance for a brief flurry or two in northern Kentucky late on Saturday.  Sunday will be milder with highs into the 50s.  The active pattern will continue as yet another round of rain arrives on Sunday evening into Monday morning.  Tuesday should be relatively mild and dry.  More showers will develop on Wednesday as a front draws near.
