With 1-3 inches of snow covering the ground across the Bluegrass, some refreezing on roadways is likely through the overnight as lows drop to 24 degrees.  A half of an inch or less of snow expected to accumulate through Sunday afternoon with a 30 percent chance of snow flurries in central Kentucky.  Mostly cloudy skies for your Sunday with high temperatures staying below freezing at 30 degrees.  Sunday night offers mostly dry conditions with partly cloudy skies and lows around 17 degrees.  Wind chills on Sunday night will drop to 10 degrees with some rural areas in the single digits.  Winds stay brisk to finish the weekend; winds will be out of the west at 5-15 mph. The good news... slightly warmer air will move in from the west by next week offering temperatures in the 40s.
