ABC 36 is a PROUD SPONSOR of The Fifth Third Bank Tennis Championships. A $100,000 professional USTA tennis tournament with equal prize money for both men and women participants, which is one of only three tournaments in the world that holds this distinction.
The USTA has 94 tournaments throughout the country and prize money ranging from $10,000 to $100,000, the USTA Pro Circuit is the pathway to the US Open and tour-level competition for aspiring tennis players and a frequent battleground for established professionals. On average, more than 1,100 men and women from 79 countries compete on the USTA Pro Circuit annually for more than $3 million in prize money and valuable ATP and WTA Tour ranking points.

Why: Our tournament is designed to create opportunities for young tennis players to enter the pro tour. We also hope to create money for local charities and provide local tennis enthusiasts an opportunity to watch professional tennis.
