The Cats are struggling to look like the pro team so many expect them to be.

Part of the problem with this year's team not getting the picture, or at least not understanding how bad things are, stems from Cal's inability to use the bench as a teaching tool.

He tried to push buttons.  He tried to shake things up against Tennessee by sitting Alex Poythress and Ryan Harrow.  Hoping to send a message.

But this group just isn't deep enough to keep guys off the court...to hammer home a point.

We don't really have a bench this season. Hopefully he remembers that in the future the players aren't the only ones that need to learn from errors this season.
