Sandra Lee's Mexican Pizza Recipe

A quick, easy, and healthy weeknight meal that the kids will love.
SANDRA LEE’S MEXICAN PIZZA

• 1 package (16 oz) ground beef
• 1 can (4 oz) ORTEGA diced green chiles
• 1/2 cup ORTEGA original medium salsa
• 1/8 cup ORTEGA thick & smooth taco sauce
• 4 fully baked pizza crusts (8-inch)
• 1 can ORTEGA (16 oz) refried beans
• 1 package (8 oz) Mexican blend shredded cheese
• Shredded lettuce
• Finely chopped tomatoes
• 6 ORTEGA taco shells, broken into pieces
• 1 package ORTEGA Taco Seasoning mix
• Sour cream (16 oz)

Preheat oven to 400º F. Cover a baking
sheet with foil. In a large skillet over medium
heat, brown ground beef. Stir in salsa, juice
from chiles and taco sauce, and simmer
for 5 minutes. Lay pizza crusts on prepared
baking sheet. Spread beans over pizza crusts.
Spread seasoned ground beef over beans.
Cover with cheese. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes
or until cheese is melted. Remove from oven
and top with lettuce, tomato, and taco shell
pieces. Mix package of taco seasoning into
sour cream and top pizzas.
