2 pounds stew meat, cut into 1 inch cubes
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
seasoning salt to taste
1 clove minced garlic
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 small onion, chopped
2 cups beef broth (use 1/2 cup less if only 3 potatoes)
4 potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 inch cubes
1/2 small bag of baby carrots (or 4 carrots, sliced)
3 celery stalks, chopped
Place meat in slow cooker (Crockpot) and sprinkle with seasoning salt.
In a small bowl, mix together the flour, salt and pepper, pour over meat and stir to coat all of the meat.
Add the garlic, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, onion, beef broth, potatoes, carrots and celery and give a good stir.
Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours OR high for 4-6
