Aaron joined ABC 36 News in August, 2012 as a General Assignment Reporter, host of the Dean Hood Show and host of The Jeff Nubauer Show.

Before moving to the Bluegrass, Aaron worked as a Reporter/Producer in Sioux City, IA. He won an Emmy, and was nominated for another one while at KCAU.  From interviewing presidential candidates one-on-one to covering a 500 year flood from the Missouri River, Aaron reported on multiple national news stories.

Prior to beginning his television career in Sioux City, Aaron worked for ABC Sports Radio.  At the 2010 NBA Draft, he interviewed John Wall, DeMarcus Cousins, and Patrick Patterson minutes after they were picked.

Aaron is a native of Philadelphia.  He graduated Cum Laude from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communication at Syracuse University.

He is thrilled to live in Lexington.  Please interact with him on Twitter at: https://twitter.com/AAdelsonABC36.  He can also be reached by e-mail at aadelson@wtvq.com.  He would love to hear any story ideas, or a good joke.
