Transylvania beat Mt. St. Joseph's Wednesday night to move to 7-2 in Heartland Conference play, 12-4 overall.

LEXINGTON, Ky. - Transylvania held Mt. St. Joseph's to 13 first-half points on the way to a 53-42 win to remain a game back of Rose-Hulman for first place in the Heartland Conference.

Brandon Rash led the Pioneers (12-4, 7-2 HCAC) with 12 points and seven rebounds. Barrett Meyer added 11 points.
