Football can be a dangerous sport for those who play it, but it also takes its toll on those coaching as well the long hours and high stress combined with high amounts of coffee and pressure can be just as bad for those wearing headsets and not helmets.

Just look at head coach Gary Kubiak of the Houston Texans this past Sunday night.

For Mark Stoops, it's something he's always watching out for...he tries to keep to two cups of joe and an energy shot a day...and for good reason.

Defensive coordinator D.J. Eliot, on family night at practice, also very aware of staying in tip top shape.
