Investigators have identified the body of a woman found along I-65.

Police said Madiha Roshdy's body was found in Elizabethtown in May. Investigators said the 27-year old lived in Nashville, and was Egyptian. Police believe she may have been killed in her apartment, and then dumped along the interstate.

Police said her husband, Alaa Youssef fled to Egypt with the couple's two young daughters earlier this month. They believe he may have had something to do with Madiha's death.

Nashville police continue to investigate.
