Fort Thomas Highlands quarterback and UK commit Patrick Towles is obviously excited to be a 4-time state champion...but he's also very excited that his future team beat the Tennessee Volunteers.
Beating UT, Towles said, helped some recruits solidify their choice or feel better about the program.
He also added that the win helps give the Cats momentum going into next season...when he'll enroll in classes and compete for a starting job.
