Kentucky offensive coordinator says Morgan Newton will be behind center some against Georgia Saturday.

LEXINGTON, Ky. - Senior quarterback Morgan Newton will see some more playing time against Georgia Saturday, UK offensive coordinator Randy Sanders said following practice on Tuesday.

Freshman Jalen Whitlow has started the past two games at QB for the Cats, but Newton saw his first action since the Florida game on September 22 when he played a few series at Arkansas last Saturday.

Sanders said Newton's senior leadership is needed with such a young team.
