In case you missed the boys high school state championship over the weekend with Kentucky playing at roughly the same time.

Covington Catholic took home the state crown Sunday with a 59-51 victory over Scott County at Rupp.

The Colonels lost just two games all season.  Only one loss to state competition.  That loss coming in the 35th district tourney to Holmes.

Maybe a surprise to some, but not to the boys from Cov Cath.  And boy what a great moment for coach Scott Ruthsatz.

Hear from coach in the video on winning the title.
