Last year's Kentucky basketball recruiting class was pretty good...at least on paper before getting to Lexington.  Nerlens Noel, Archie Goodwin, Alex Poythress and Willie Cauley-Stein plus transfer Julius Mays, had many thinking a ninth national title would be in the realm of possibility.

Then the season came and went and the first round NIT loss to Robert Morris left Solid Blue fans wanting more...which they will hopefully get as six McDonald's All-Americans join WCS, Poythress and Kyle Wiltjer at UK.

Once again bringing an NBA-like atmosphere to the Joe Craft Center, and giving the old guys and new guys alike a big opportunity to get better each day.

Cauley-Stein: “To me, that’s the best thing about next year, is that you’re going against pros every day. This year it was like that until Nerlens got hurt and then it was like playing against Brian Long; and then you’re not getting better. You’d dominate in practice and get to a game and struggle. But next year it’s going to be a lot different. And that’s what I’m going to capitalize on every day. Going at these dudes every day because it’s not only going to make me better, but it’s going to make our team better. And it’ll make them better as well.”

More in the video from WCS.
