Area high school signings took place today.

Out at Tates Creek, the Commodores had 8 sign with colleges.

Among them, punter Jake Ryan - a preferred UK walk-on and receiver R.J. Taylor, who's heading to Wofford college in South Carolina.

Jovan Blackburn, Deion Webb and Tyler Sturgill all headed to UPike.

Eamon Nasr to Centre.  Marshall Gant headed to Campbellsivlle.

Ryan Betlach will head to Louisville as a walk-on long snapper.

Hear from the Commodores in the video.

Over at Lafayette for a pair of collegiate decisions.

Kylan Nelson did it all for the Generals.  The hope for Ohio University is that he does the same and more for them in Athens.

Michael Serafini headed to Campbellsville.

A nice day to be a General.  Plenty of reasons for smiling and clapping off Reed Lane this afternoon.

Hear from Nelson in the video.

Henry Clay lineman Justin Rawlings decided to stay in-state and commit to Dean Hood and EKU.

Heading down to Richmond to long-snap with the Colonels.

Proximity a big selling point for Rawlings.  Hear from him and Sam Simpson in the video.

Two more guys put their names on paper out at PLD.

Dunbar's Emory Thompson inked with Dartmouth.

Brandyn Duncan is headed east to Morehead State.

Big congratulations to both of those guys on all their hard work and congrats on getting to continue their dream in college,

Hear from Thompson and Duncan in the video as well.

Congrats to all of the other athletes who signed today as well and good luck in the future!
