The learning curve for young players can be steep.

Some guys pick things up faster than others.

But there's never a substitute for hard work.  Andrew Harrison put up extra shots on Friday before the Tennessee game on Saturday and went for a game-high 26 points, including 10-10 from the free-throw line.

Dakari Johnson is benefiting from coming off the bench.

He's getting a chance to see how the game is playing out before heading in, and getting advice and analysis from assistant coaches in the early going as well.

Hear from both players on their growth in the video.
