Kentucky senior receiver LaRod King says he wants to be great this season.
LEXINGTON, Ky. - LaRod King had his best season as a Wildcat last year - 40 catches for 598 yards and 7 touchdowns. He intends to top that this season.
King and the now graduated Matt Roark (36 catches) were UK's only receivers who caught more than 10 passes last season.
King says the receiver position is very competitive in this fall camp and that not even he has locked up a starting spot.
To prepare for his final season in the blue and white, King says he has added 10 pounds of muscle and spent more time studying game film.
