Kentucky senior receiver LaRod King says "hate" is the only word he knows to describe the way he feels about the Louisville Cardinals.
LEXINGTON, Ky. - Kentucky senior receiver LaRod King said on Thursday that the Wildcats loss to Louisville in Commonwealth Stadium last year hurt. He took it personal. He said the word that best fits how feels about the Cardinals is hate.
"I hate them, simple as that," King said.
Kentucky senior center Matt Smith knows exactly how many days before the Wildcats meet the Cardinals in Louisville for the annual Governor's Cup rivalry: 78.
King and Smith led the media through a tour of the newly remodeled Nutter Training Facility on Thursday.
Among the new features is a wall just outside the weight room dedicated to the theme, "Beat Louisville."
