Indiana University athletic director Fred Glass had more to say about the Kentucky basketball series on former Hoosier Dan Dakich's radio show Thursday.

When asked if Glass would continue to negotiate with UK about continuing the series, Glass said, "I don't know how many times Charlie Brown can run up to the ball and have Lucy pull it out on him."

Glass continued, "I feel like we tried to go up this hill once before. We sucked it up and ran up the hill again," referring to IU's attempts to compromise with UK.

"If you read between lines of Mitch's (Barnhart) statement, it's all this good stuff, but then, it's like, well, hey, we could schedule this, and we'll do the two-year thing ...

"Well, this is all about a four-year series."

Glass then dropped a reference to the popular comedy show from the 1990s that aired on the Fox network, and more specifically, a character played by Damon Wayans - Homey the Clown.

"And then to say, 'hey, we're still ready to go with a two-year series' - as they used to say on In Living Colour - 'Homey don't play that' I'm kind of done with that," Glass said.
