It's been hotter and more humid the past week or so for the football Cats as Kentucky prepares for Western this Saturday...where it's expected to be close to 90 degrees.

Today was a good, physical practice for the Cats but it may be one of the last as UK begins the season it can't really afford to be banged up at any position.

Part of the reason to scale back?  the reports from high performance coach Erik Korem say it's time to pull instead of push.

More from Coach Stoops in the video.
