EKU Wants Great Football Atmosphere

Dean Hood's boys say they need the support to feel better about themselves.
Eastern Kentucky kicked off the season tonight at home in Richmond at Roy Kidd Stadium.

38-6 the final over Robert Morris in front of roughly 12,000 fans.

The Colonels started the season off right by downing the Colonials, under the leadership of former New York Jets head coach Joe Walton in his supposed last season.

The big benefit to playing the Colonials at home for Dean Hood's boys?  The atmosphere was just what EKU needed.
