The top center in the class of 2013 is coming back to Lexington.

Dakari Johnson (6'10", 250 lbs.) played for Sayre when he was in just eighth grade.

Now at Montverde, Fl., Johnson is set to come back to Kentucky and play for the Cats.

During his official announcement on ESPNU, Johnson had this to say:

"Coach Cal, coach O (Orlando) and coach Payne we just sat down and talked. They were honest people. They told me this wasn't a place for me to come if I was selfish or I wanted the ball all the time, or if I didn't want to work hard. I want to work hard. I want to get pushed. I want that pressure on me."

Check out the video to hear from Johnson, Cal's fifth straight #1 center.
