LEXINGTON, Ky. - John Calipari has been working one-on-one with Alex Poythress, who played just 15 minutes against Louisville.
Wednesday night against Eastern Michigan, Poythress took a step in the right direction - scoring 16 points and grabbing 5 rebounds.
Calipari is trying to bring out the beast in the mild-mannered Poythress.
His teammates say they are also trying to get Poythress to enjoy himself on the court.
