There's no rest for the football Cats even in a bye week...because there's such a long way to go in so many aspects of the game...and Mark Stoops knows it.

While the team's record may reflect another sub-par start to the season at 1-2...2 more losses to in-state foes in Western and Louisville, UK has improved.

The one main problem still plaguing the Cats being consistency.  Consistency can be traced back to a lack of toughness...something the Cats showed they had in them against Louisville and never backed down.

Made mistakes?  sure...but not because of a lack of toughness...at least not according to Coach Stoops.

More in the video from Stoops.
