Kentucky will host an alumni charity game on Sept. 15, which UK head coach John Calipari says is just the beginning of many things he'd like to do in the future with former Wildcats.

LEXINGTON, Ky. - Kentucky coach John Calipari wants the UK alumni charity game coming up on Sept. 15 at Rupp Arena to be a huge success so that he can build off of the event and do other things like bring Wildcat legend "Wah Wah" Jones back to a game.

"I'm trying to get Wah Wah Jones back, so that we can recognize him at a game," Calipari said on Tuesday. "To our fans, especially the older fans, he may have been the greatest athlete to ever play here - played three sports and all those things. There's a lot of good stuff we're trying to do from it."

The UK alumni charity game will feature former Kentucky players who now play professionally. It tips off at 2 PM on Sept. 15 at Rupp Arena. Before that game, several members of UK's 1996 national championship team will play an exhibition against participants from Calipari's fantasy camp.

All proceeds will go to charity.
