Kentucky coach John Calipari wants officials to do a better job of preventing flagrant fouls like the one on Anthony Davis against LSU.
LEXINGTON, Ky. - Kentucky coach John Calipari says if officials don't call more fouls on physical plays, it leads to what happened to Cats freshman Anthony Davis against LSU Saturday.
Davis was horse-collar tackled on a breakaway by the Tigers' Malcolm White. White was ejected from the game. Monday, LSU head coach Trent Johnson called the foul "stupid" and "disturbing." Johnson said he would have further punishment for White.
