Bryan Station pitcher and UK signee Ryne Combs has been named Gatorade Kentucky baseball player of the year.
LEXINGTON, Ky. - Bryan Station senior left-handed pitcher Ryne Combs was named the Gatorade Kentucky baseball player of the year on Wednesday.
The University of Kentucky signee has a 10-1 record this season and carries a 3.8 grade point average in the classroom.
On Tuesday night in the 11th region tournament semifinals, Combs no-hit top-ranked Lexington Catholic over the final six innings to lead Bryan Station into the region finals.
