Midnight Update: The heaviest rainfall has pushed east out of Kentucky, but we could see a few isolated showers pop up in the early hours of Monday morning. Everyone should still be dry by the morning commute. Lexington has picked up .13" of rain tonight while Jackson, London, and Monticello collected .2" in their rain buckets. Frankfort only saw .08" of rain on Sunday.

Temperatures have fallen to 49° in Lexington with low and mid 50s still holding on in southern Kentucky.

The heaviest rainfall has pushed northeast out of the Bluegrass and into eastern Kentucky. Anyone could see a few more isolated showers into the early hours of Monday, with better chances being further east. Skies will remain mostly cloudy overnight. We will stay mild through the evening with temps only dropping into the mid 40s by Monday morning.

Skies will begin to clear Monday morning, making for a mostly sunny afternoon. We will stay above average for this time of year with highs climbing into the mid 50s. While it will be mild, it will also be windy with winds gusting up to 35 mph out of the southwest.

Cooler air will push in for Tuesday. Temps will range from the low 30s in the morning to the mid 40s in the afternoon with mostly sunny skies.
