Update: A relatively weak cold front has now entered Kentucky and will push south and east through the region tonight. It will bring a slightly cooler afternoon for Thursday. Wednesday, we made it to 33° in Lexington, but Thursday will be about 5° cooler. At 11:30 Wednesday evening, we are sitting at 26°... much better than the last two nights!
__________________________________________________________________________

Thursday morning will not be quite as cold as we have been earlier in the week. We will have partly cloudy skies overnight with morning lows in the mid and upper teens. Wind chills could dip into the single digits by morning.

A weak cold front will drop temps back just slightly for Thursday afternoon. Highs will be near 27 in Lexington with a mix of sun and clouds. Winds will be out of the north 5 to 10 mph.

Snow is on the way for Friday. Southern Kentucky will likely see more of a wintry mix.
