A Heat Advisory remains in effect as we start the weekend. On Saturday high temperatures will once again return to the triple digits with a heat index around 105 degrees. The winds will be weak out of the west around 5 to 12 mph under mostly sunny skies. There is the chance for a very stray shower or storm in eastern Kentucky. Althought most will remain hot and dry.

Saturday is expected to be the 3rd day in a row most locations will be back above 100 degrees.

High temperatures on Sunday will be in the upper 90s to around 100 degrees, with a heat index of 103 to 104 in the peak of the afternoon. The stray storm chance will again be possible in eastern Kentucky.
