World Cup Viewing Party Planned in Downtown Lexington

The city of Lexington and the Downtown Lexington Corp are planning to host a World Cup viewing party at Cheapside Park Tuesday afternoon.

Soccer fans can cheer on the U.S. men’s national team in Downtown Lexington as the Americans take on team Belgium in the World Cup Round of 16.

The game starts at 4 p.m. and will be shown on a large screen at the Fifth-Third Bank Pavilion, the press release said.
