Woodford County High Welcomed Back With iPads

The Woodford County School Board approved to the purchase of brand new iPads for every student and teacher at Woodford County High.
Every single student and teacher at Woodford County High School now has a brand new iPad thanks to a school board approved and funded "next generation" initiation.
The iPads make taking notes and organization to whole new level.
Students are allowed to customize their iPads with their own games and music.
For a $35 fee, the students can also take their iPads home with them.
Becky Keith, the Woodford County High School Technology Integration Specialist, says that out of nearly 1250 students, only about 10 choose to leave theirs at school.
The students also had to take a digital citizenship course that teaches cyber bullying prevention.
