A woman reported missing in Russell County has been found dead.

Police say the body of Sarah B. Hart, 31, of Jamestown was discovered.

Sarah had been at 5:30 a.m. Thursday running on U.S. 0127 between Jamestown and Russell Springs.

Her body was found at 11:14 a.m. just off U.S. 0127 in a high weeded field. Police say Hart was running with her sister, when she complained of not feeling well.

Police say she told her sister that she was going to go back and stopped running.  Her sister continued on and returned to see if she was okay, and could not find her, leading to the search.

The cause of death has not yet been determined and the investigation is ongoing.
