Lexington police say a woman was found dead inside a car on a city street.
The body was found in the vehicle Saturday on the 400 block of West Second Street near Broadway.
The coroner is conducting an autopsy, and results are expected sometime on Monday.
Police say it doesn't appear that the woman's death is suspicious, but are awaiting results of the autopsy.
